Deborah is part of the project and program administration team at GSX that is responsible for supporting federal government and private industry certification programs. She is currently providing both on- and off-site certification program support to an intelligence agency. As part of her core responsibilities, Deborah serves as the primary point-of-contact for communication and facilitation with the governance boards, conducts assessments and evaluates the resulting data, develops standard operating procedures for the certification division, and provides overall guidance to the certification program management office.
Preceding GSX, Deborah spent several years in the structural engineering and higher education industries in administrative capacities before making the transition to the federal government. Most recently, she held a similar role to that at GSX where she supported the autonomous systems and intelligence robotic divisions of a branch of the U.S. military.
Deborah holds her bachelor’s degree in business from Bowie State University and achieved the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.) Credentialing Specialist certification.
