Tim is part of the project management team at GSX that is responsible for the management and oversight of private industry workforce programs. He ensures all contract requirements are met through strategic guidance, submitting deliverables, and meeting project scope and budget. Tim oversees contract task progress, and provides status updates for projects, risks, and changes. He also works with internal staff to ensure project resourcing needs are met and oversees the development of proposals.
As part of his core responsibilities, Tim coordinates with project teams to ensure that project activities, timelines, and deliverables are on track and accomplished in a timely manner and based on high quality standards. He also manages contract tasks, conducts quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) checks on all deliverables prior to submission, and coordinates the completion and delivery of project deliverables.
Tim began his journey at GSX in 2022 as a project administrator. Before transitioning to a project manager in 2023, Tim was providing both on- and off-site certification program support to an intelligence agency where he consulted with the federal government on new policies that impacted programs, policies, and courses of action. He also conducted assessments and evaluated the resulting data, developed standard operating procedures, and interfaced with the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
Prior to joining GSX, Tim was an intelligence analyst and executive briefer with the U.S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency.
Tim served in the U.S. Air Force for seven years and has since transitioned to the USAF Reserves. He has held several roles in the intelligence field including all-source intelligence analyst and geospatial intelligence analyst. He was responsible for analyzing and reporting on global events.
Tim holds his bachelor’s degree in communications from Southern New Hampshire University and he is currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Public Administration. He is also certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion by the University of Southern Florida.
