Tim Howell
Program Administrator

Tim provides analyses, assessments, technical, and business area expertise in support of federal government certification programs. This includes providing data on engagement, responding to workforce questions, interfacing with the National Commission for Certifying Agencies, and consulting on new policies that will impact programs and advising the best courses of action.

Preceding GSX, Tim served in the U.S. Air Force as a Geospatial Intelligence Analyst. He provided geospatial mapping data and finished products to senior military leaders for decision making on military operations. He also worked as a Senior Executive Staff Briefer in the intelligence industry where he prepared, organized, and presented high-priority, strategic-level intelligence reporting to the agency director.

Tim earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication at Southern New Hampshire University. He went on to begin working toward his MBA with a concentration on Public Administration immediately after also through Southern New Hampshire University. Additionally, he is certified through the University of Southern Florida in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
