Her leadership extends across HR operations, from strategic staffing and recruitment initiatives to meticulous benefits administration and rigorous compliance with employment regulations. Before joining GSX, Tiffany oversaw the human resources operations as a member of the executive team for a non-profit organization that serves communities in northern Virginia.

Committed to advancing her expertise, Tiffany currently pursuing a doctorate in industrial-organizational psychology from Liberty University. She holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Strayer University, underpinning her profound understanding of organizational dynamics and human behavior.
