Guadalupe Leon
Project Administrator

Guadalupe is part of the project and program administration team at GSX that is responsible for supporting federal government and private industry certification programs. She is currently providing both on- and off-site certification program support to an intelligence agency. As part of her core responsibilities, Guadalupe serves as the primary point-of-contact for communication and facilitation with the governance boards, conducts assessments and evaluates the resulting data, develops standard operating procedures for the certification division, and provides overall guidance to the certification program management office.

Guadalupe is a veteran of the U.S. Navy who served as a signal exploitation supervisor. She led a highly skilled team of analytic professionals conducting in-depth analysis using the latest signal exploitation equipment for the purpose of converting raw communication signals into sensitive technical reports that would be presented to senior military leaders. She and her team had responsibility to draft and disseminate Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and cryptologic mission reports, all-source assessments, sanitized reports, and emergency action plans in support of Offensive and Defensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO/DCO). Her role required the commitment of being on-call for taskings from the Navy leadership.

Guadalupe is pursuing her associate degree in networking engineering from Skyline Community College and the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.) Credentialing Specialist certification.
