Bobbi Losee Vernon
SR. DIRECTOR, LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

Bobbi is keenly interested in using service design and change management best practices to inform the totality of a learner’s experience. She applies user-centric strategic design and instructional design to integrate with the learning function while being responsible for the overall GSX learning experience design.

Preceding GSX, Bobbi spent over 20 years in the adult learning space. During that time, she managed a global training portfolio for the member society network at CFA Institute.

In her previous role, Bobbi worked on highly technical projects as an IT trainer and learning experience designer, managed the curriculum and exam development efforts for the launch of a high-stakes credentialing program, developed online courses for continuing education, and served as a design thinking facilitator and coach.

Bobbi is recognized for having volunteered on the Assessment-Based Certificate Accreditation Council (ACAC), both as a reviewer and as Chair, for the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.). She also served on I.C.E.’s Branding Architecture Project Advisory Group and Accreditation Services Council. She is a certified Expert Coach via the Association for Talent Development (ATD).

Bobbi holds a B.A. from Virginia Wesleyan University and a M.A. from Old Dominion University. She is an I.C.E.-Certified Credentialing Professional (ICE-CCP), a certification program offered by the Institute for Credentialing Excellence.

  • Bobbi is a volunteer field hockey coach for her local high school.
  • In her first kayak fishing tournament, she happened to be dragging some line when she unintentionally caught the winning fish!
