Bobbi is skilled in the development, delivery, administration, and accreditation of high-stakes certification programs and is a leading expert on assessment-based certificate programs. She chairs the Assessment-Based Certificate Accreditation Council for the Institute for Credentialing Excellence and serves on its Accreditation Services Council.
Bobbi brings a blend of instructional design, user experience, design thinking, business process improvement, and change management to GSX, enabling her to architect credentialing portfolios and skills-centric learning products.
As an active contributor to the credentialing industry, Bobbi volunteers with the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.) as both a reviewer and Chair for the Assessment-Based Certificate Accreditation Council (ACAC). She is currently serving for a second time on the I.C.E. Accreditation Services Council. Additionally, she participated on the I.C.E. Branding Architecture Project Advisory Group. Bobbi also volunteers with the Open Skills Network Credentialing Community of Practice and participated on Credential Engine‘s CTDL Education and Employment Outcomes Metrics (EEOM) Task Group. She is also an active learner with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
Bobbi holds a master’s degree in English from Old Dominion University and a bachelor’s degree in English from Virginia Wesleyan University. She is an I.C.E.-Certified Credentialing Professional (ICE-CCP) and a Prosci-certified change practitioner. Bobbi also earned the Expert Coach designation from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
Bobbi loves to kayak, fish, and coach high school field hockey.
