Megan Lennon, MPS
Analyst

Megan is part of the data measurement, analytics, and psychometrics team at GSX that supports federal government and private industry workforce programs.  Some of her core responsibilities include conducting job analyses on assessments, evaluating the resulting data, developing visual representations of analyses for deliverables, and assisting with the development, execution, and maintenance of certification programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and third-party accreditation standards. She supports multiple test development, certification program development, and certification reporting projects while assisting in the creation of learning, development, and educational programs.  Megan assists with developing training, human capital strategy, and talent management solutions while supporting internal initiatives that focus on developing new effective and efficient solutions.

Prior to joining GSX, Megan served as a civilian administrative technical specialist in the U.S. Navy for over three years working within the Ships Signatures Department and was responsible for over 700 military members.

Megan is also an American fiction writer of psychological thrillers, horror, and mystery. She has always had a passion to write since childhood and has since published two novels with many more in mind. Megan holds her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in industrial/organizational psychology from George Mason University.
