Caitlyn works with clients to develop and validate certification exams, create surveys, develop presentation materials, and update accreditation materials. Caitlyn has also led several internal projects including the development of a culture handbook and a core values reinforcement system.

Caitlyn attended Radford University where she received a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology with minors in business management, mathematics, and statistics.
