Tim Howell, Program Administrator
Tim spent over six years in the U.S. Air Force as an analyst in geospatial intelligence before transitioning to the USAF Reserves and joining the project and program administration team at GSX.
Tim earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from Southern New Hampshire University. He is currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Public Administration. He is also certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion by the University of Southern Florida.
Deborah Stephenson, Project Administrator
Deborah spent many years working in support roles within private industry before making the switch to government programs and eventually GSX. She graduated from Bowie State University with a bachelor’s degree in business. She also achieved the Credentialing Specialist certification from the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.).
Deborah loves going to the gym and taking yoga classes but spending time with her husband and kids is one of her most favorite pastimes. They were a huge support for her when she auditioned for the So You Think You Can Dance television show!
Serving in the Minnesota National Guard in several geospatial engineering roles for 14 years now, with several more to go, Nhia is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in geography and business management.
Alex began his career in industrial/organizational psychology through his work research and analysis on federal and private industry projects. One of his most significant projects included a Multidimensional Forced Choice” personality assessment that used its format and Item Response Theory (IRT) to mitigate socially desirable responding and improve validity.
Alex graduated from George Mason University with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. He achieved the Credentialing Specialist certification from the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.) He is a member of the Personnel Testing Council of Metropolitan Washington (PTCMW), and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
Outside of work, Alex enjoys listening to podcasts and audio books, playing sports, and practicing bluegrass on his favorite instrument, the guitar.
