Crystal brings extensive knowledge and experience in consulting across the federal government with a passion for insider threat, organizational development, process improvement, and talent acquisitions to her role at GSX. As a project delivery director, Crystal oversees multiple project lifecycles to ensure projects are progressing and completed on time, to client specifications, and within budget. She delivers expert advice and counsel to stakeholders regarding technical/psychometric topics and tasks.
Crystal holds her Ph.D. in industrial and organizational (I-O) psychology from Northcentral University and a master’s in I-O psychology from Argosy University. She is also certified in Lean Six Sigma-Black Belt.
