GSX, a veteran-owned consultancy that specializes in helping to build resilient workforces, is pleased that Hayley Barry, Megan Eik, Jesse Ketchum, and Kenny Shiflett have joined its team of industrial/organizational psychologists.
Preparing her for a career in workforce development, Hayley spent several years analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, performing statistical analyses, and developing statistically supported models that optimized client services, sales and internal operations. Now, she is furthering the missions of our clients every day by putting her industrial/organizational psychology skills to work.
Hayley earned her master’s degree in communications from Southern New Hampshire University. industrial/organizational psychology from Missouri State University where he also received a graduate certificate in statistics and research design.
Outside of the workplace, Hayley practically lives on the water and loves being outdoors.
Before joining GSX in her current role, Megan served as a civilian administrative technical specialist in the U.S. Navy for over three years working within the Ships Signatures Department and was responsible for over 700 military members.
Megan graduated from George Mason University with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in industrial/organizational psychology.
When it comes to her free time, Megan’s true passion for reading and writing take hold. In fact, she is an American fiction writer of psychological thrillers, horror, and mystery. She currently has two novels published so be sure to follow her on Instagram @authormeganeik for any new articles or stories.
An avid fisherman and outdoorsman with a passion for the science behind human behavior in the workplace, Jesse came to GSX after receiving his master’s in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Outside of work, Jesse enjoys competitive bowling (although he needs a bit more practice before going toe-to-toe with the pros!).
Kenny has built a rather interesting career that led to him joining GSX. He spent over 16 years as a military intelligence analyst in the U.S. Navy and an intelligence planner for the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command. Currently a senior enlisted leader in the U.S. Navy Reserve, he also helps guide sailors in their choice of education, career, and retention.
Kenny graduated from American Military University with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology. He also achieved the Credentialing Specialist certification from the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.)
When not working to further missions of GSX’s clients, Kenny will often be spending time with his large family or practicing one of his hobbies like woodcarving or graphic design.
