Kenny is part of the data measurement, analytics, and psychometrics team at GSX that supports federal government and private industry workforce programs. Some of his core responsibilities include conducting job analyses on assessments, evaluating the resulting data, developing visual representations of analyses for deliverables, and assisting with the development, execution, and maintenance of certification programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and third-party accreditation standards. He supports multiple test development, certification program development, and certification reporting projects while assisting in the creation of learning, development, and educational programs. Kenny assists with developing training, human capital strategy, and talent management solutions while supporting internal initiatives that focus on developing new effective and efficient solutions.’
Preceding GSX, Kenny spent over 16 years in the U.S. Navy as a military intelligence analyst. He is currently serving in the U.S. Navy Reserve. He was a career counselor for 12 years where he guided sailors in their choice of education, career, and retention in the U.S. Navy. He also served as an intelligence planner for the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command.
Kenny holds his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology from American Military University and achieved the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.) Credentialing Specialist certification.
