Pia has worked with both government and commercial clients designing, developing, and deploying different measurement tools including high-stakes knowledge assessments, employee sentiment surveys, and focus groups. She has conducted analyses ensuring the defensibility, health, and accuracy of assessments and to guide clients toward data-driven decisions.

She holds a B.S. Animal Science from the University of Vermont, and M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, and is a Credentialing Specialist Certificate with I.C.E.
