Pia currently works as an Analyst at GSX. Her experience is with both government and commercial clients designing, developing, and deploying different measurement tools including high-stakes knowledge assessments, employee sentiment surveys, and focus groups. Additionally, she conduct analyses ensuring the defensibility, health, and accuracy of assessments and to guide clients toward data-driven decisions.

Pia has a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a Bachelors in Animal Science from The University of Vermont. She also holds a Credentialing Specialist Certificate – I.C.E.
