Hayley provides technical expertise regarding certification and assessment development, implementation, and maintenance in alignment with the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) standards, as well as associated psychometric analyses. As an Associate Consultant with GSX, she assists with the development and implementation of Job Task Analyses (JTAs) to determine accountabilities and KSAOs, including JTA surveys, in addition to assisting with drafting test blueprints, defining the weights associated with topic areas, and developing a final blueprint. She facilitates meetings with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Thought Leaders to support project needs (e.g., test development, certification program development, certification reporting, etc.). Hayley conducts psychometric analyses on multiple assessments and surveys in both the private and public sectors using Classical Test Theory (CTT) and identifies courses of action for technical procedures and potential challenges or project constraints.
Haley has a MS in Industrial Organizational Psychology, a Graduate Certificate in Statistics and Research Design, and a BS in Psychology. She also holds a Credentialing Specialist Certificate (CSC) from the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (I.C.E.).
Haley enjoys crocheting, reading, painting, and caring for her houseplants, and is passionate about her family, animals, and community.
