Crystal is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of Human Resources and Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology experience. She brings extensive knowledge and experience to GSX, delivering HR and I/O Psychology strategy principles across the private sector and federal government. She has a passion for organizational development, process improvement, and talent acquisition.

As Director of Project Delivery, Crystal manages multiple I/O Psychology project lifecycles to ensure projects progresses and is completed on time, to business partner specifications, and within budget.

Crystal is a U.S. Air Force veteran. During her time in the military, she served as a Security Forces professional performing law enforcement, investigations, and air base security. She holds a Ph.D. I/O Psychology, M.A. I/O Psychology, B.S. Criminal Justice, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
