Growth-driven and creative, Amanda Boelke is an accomplished leader in industrial-organizational psychology with over 15 years of experience supporting the U.S. Department of Defense. As the Chief Operating Officer at GSX, Amanda oversees all operations and strategic initiatives, optimizing organizational efficiency while fostering growth and excellence in service delivery. She collaborates closely with senior leaders to drive GSX’s mission of delivering high-impact solutions to its clients.
Amanda earned her master’s degree in applied industrial-organizational psychology from Sacred Heart University. She spent most of her professional career within the Pentagon serving as a special assistant and program analyst in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (OUSD) Comptroller and the OUSD (Intelligence and Security), respectively. Her work encompassed information operations, policy development, logistics, operations, training and programmatic assessments, and research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E).
Since joining GSX in 2018, Amanda’s career trajectory has showcased her leadership acumen. Beginning as a senior analyst, she advanced to senior strategist and eventually became the Senior Director of Defense, Intelligence, and Security. In October 2024, her extensive expertise in workforce development and operational strategy made her the ideal choice for the chief operating officer position.
Amanda also contributes to the credentialing industry, regularly reviewing presentations and sessions for the European Association of Test Publishers (E-ATP), helping to shape advancements in testing and credentialing.
Outside of work, Amanda is a devoted wife and mother committing her energy to kids’ activities and working on home and yard improvement projects. She also volunteers for her church, children’s school, and local non-profits.
