Mike McGraw

Mike supports the technical team with the development of certification assessments and programs for GSX’s clients in the government, commercial, and education sectors.

Previously, Mike worked in the Selection and Assignment Research Unit at the U.S. Army Research Institute, performing data analysis, job analysis, focus group proctoring, interview question and rating scale development, and other related tasks.

Mike has a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology from George Mason University (GMU). While attending GMU, he served as the director of the local chapter of Volunteer Program Assessment (VPA), a cutting-edge, innovative, and completely free volunteer assessment system for nonprofits. Designed to promote organizational effectiveness, VPA consultants work with volunteer coordinators to develop online surveys to administer to their volunteers.

Mike has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from La Salle University.

  • Mike used to be neighbors with the American skateboarder, stunt performer, television personality and filmmaker Brandon Cole “Bam” Margera.
  • Growing up, Mike had a red-tailed boa constrictor named Esmerelda (as a pet).
