Mike McGraw
CONSULTANT

Mike serves as technical lead for multiple U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security certifications and a U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) medical certification.  In addition to his role on GSX defense, intelligence, and security and other government agency teams, Mike serves in leadership and support roles for non-federal clients—Commercial, non-profit, and educational institutions.  In doing so, he is directly involved with the creation and advancement of training and development tools and certification assessments and programs.

Previously, Mike worked in the Selection and Assignment Research Unit at the U.S. Army Research Institute, performing data analysis, job analysis, focus group proctoring, interview question and rating scale development, and other related tasks.

Mike has a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology from George Mason University (GMU) and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from La Salle University.

  • Mike is a big fan of all Philly sports teams.
  • Mike has visit 28 states and hopes to visit all 50 by the time he is 50!
  • Growing up, Mike had a red-tailed boa constrictor named Esmerelda (as a pet).
