Kathleen Holloway
HIGHER EDUCATION PROGRAM MANAGER

Kathleen’s focus is on higher education and developing, implementing and evaluating processes and procedures to meet institutional, educational, and programmatic objectives.

Kathleen came to GSX from Maryland University of Integrative Health where she served as the Director of Institutional Assessment and Effectiveness. Her experiences include establishing and developing two institutional research, assessment and effectiveness offices within 2-year time frames at both a technical community college and a graduate level university.

She also brings proven experience in strategic planning, accreditation (regional and programmatic), quantitative and qualitative data analysis and interpretation, survey development, report writing and presentation of data results, preparing organizational data for evidence-based decision making, external reporting to government and regulatory agencies, and extensive experience in institutional assessment. Dr. Holloway facilitated regional accreditation for two distinctly different higher education institutions for membership with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and with Middle States Commission on Higher Education.

Kathleen received a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and a Master in Higher Education Administration from Nicholls State University. She received her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Organizational Change from Benedictine University.
